Dogs go Dutch is run by Claudy Vredenburg. She migrated from Holland to Australia in 2013. She changed careers from optician to dog groomer, to work in an industry closer to her heart. She’s an outdoor, creative, woman with a bubbly character who loves to take everything to the fullest. Like probably most dog groomers, Claudy just loves to be around our furry four legged friends and grooming gave her a new look into the dog world.
To become a professional dog groomer she needed a professional grooming school and The Grooming School based in Cooranbong, NSW, Australia came out the best, so Claudy decided to go there to follow a five week grooming course that mainly handled the practical side of the job but also included theory/self-study. A practical and written test needed to be completed at the end of the course to become an IPG Salon details certified dog groomer and therefore ready to successfully start Dogs go Dutch.
